Before buying a wooden porch swing, it’s important to make sure that the swing you are buying meets a number of important criteria. Here is a list of what you should look for in a swing, along with some reasons why it’s important.
Hand Made - A hand made swing is certainly a must when buying a porch swing. This is because each piece is individually crafted, ensuring better cuts and a smoother finish.
Cypress - Cypress has been called the “eternal wood” because of its ability to stand up to the elements. A cypress swing is as durable as teak, while being as little as one-tenth the price! Don’t buy a swing made from exotic woods only to watch it rot on your porch.
Size - Be sure that the porch swing you choose is the correct size to fit on your porch, and to fit the number of people you expect to be swinging on it.
Accessories - Would you like your swing to have a cup holder? An interesting question, perhaps, but certainly something to think about. What will you want with you while on your porch swing? Keep that in mind when looking at what’s available.
The Porch Swings I Love Most
Of course, I have a very strong preference in porch swings. There is one particular artisan who builds beautiful, durable porch swings from Cypress. His name is Ted Leger (pronounced Lay-shay), and he’s based in Louisiana (where a lot of cypress trees grow). All of his swings are hand made, and he can ship anywhere in the USA.
I strongly recommend you view the variety of wooden porch swings he has available.

Most people think that the ability to draw a picture is a gift that an artist is born with. That may be true for a lucky few individuals but that certainly wasn’t the case for me. We all draw pictures as children and when we are kids, we don’t care if they look good or bad we just enjoy drawing.
For me, I enjoyed it so much that I kept doing it and put in lots of time practicing. I wanted to learn how to draw animals and as I got older I wanted my drawings to look better so I devoured every book I could get my hands on and I drew something almost every day. Over the years I learned some helpful techniques and I came up with many of my own techniques through a very long trial and error process. As I improved I also wanted to learn how to draw portraits which can be challeging but it is a skill that can be learned.
You can learn to draw, I was not blessed with the gift of being a “natural artist”. I simply loved drawing and that love for drawing made me put in the time it takes to learn the skill. Sometimes people will say to me “you are a talented artist”. Of course when someone says this I say thank you but I don’t think of myself as a talented artist I think of myself as a skilled artist. To me the difference is that the word talented makes me think of having a natural ability. I think of myself as skilled because I did not have any natural ability, I put in the time and developed the skill.
Anyone can learn to draw, all you need is the desire to learn and the proper instruction. It took me many years to reach my current skill level but in my DVDs I reveal the tips and techniques that took me so long to learn, shaving years off of the learning curve for you.

A chronic yeast infection is treated in the same manner as an acute yeast infection. A chronic yeast infection is represented by a variety of symptoms depending on the specific type of infection. With women, for example, an infection is often accompanied by recurring symptoms of itching, a sensation of burning, and an abnormality in discharge, similar to what the Sarah Summer yeast infection was like. A chronic yeast infection is therefore an infection that you can’t get rid of, and that keeps coming back despite your best efforts to get rid of it.
A chronic yeast infection, according to Sarah Summer, is also defined as a discharge with itching that occurs four or more times a year. So if you have a partner, it’s important to treat both of you especially if a yeast infection is suspected. It’s also important to note that chronic yeast infections may be the sign of something much more serious, such as diabetes or an immune system deficiency. If that’s the case you should go and see your doctor immediately.
The symptoms of this disease can change over time. An ache in one spot today; a pain in another spot tomorrow. The Sarah Summer yeast infection treatment can last anywhere from one to fourteen days. You will usually feel relief from the symptoms after a few days of beginning your initial treatment. For the most chronic of infections, treatment may require a multi-pronged approach, including gentle exercise and massage and nutritional and vitamin supplements to stimulate the immune system. A high quality diet that emphasizes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and beans, and supplemented with chicken and fish is essential. But remember, people should always consult a licensed doctor for a proper diagnosis before trying to treat themselves.

Your digestive system starts when you place food or liquids into your mouth and ends when you rid your body of waste products that it did not need for growth or cell production.
The things we put into our mouth go through a process of dis-assembly (taking things apart) so that food can be broken down into usable parts for the growth and energy that the body needs to maintain function. Digestive System Diseases are those that interrupt or delay the process of breaking up and moving food and liquid from the mouth through the digestive system.
Our mouth contains saliva that is our first step in the digestion process. We salivate when we smell good food cooking, or see something that we really like to eat. Our mouth gets moist with the saliva produced there and we anticipate the food that we place on our tongue. Our tongue moves the food around and our teeth begin to break it down so that we can swallow the food and liquid.
Acids, probiotics (good bacteria) and enzymes further break down the food as it sits in the stomach. Then the small intestine further breaks it down into molecules tiny enough for the body to use.
Just a few of the digestive diseases of the stomach include: bleeding in the stomach (peptic ulcers), cyclic vomiting syndrome, gastroparesis, gastritis, indigestion, rapid gastric emptying. There are several disorders of the small and large intestine including Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, Colon polyps, diverticular disease, intestinal parasites, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, and ulcerative colitis.
Any of these diseases or conditions can have an adverse effect on the digestive system’s ability to breakdown or process the food and liquids.
Health Benefits of Probiotics
Studies have found that probiotics may improve nutrient bioavailability, for B vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium and phosphorus, among others.
- Pediatric studies have found that certain strains (such as Lactobacillus GG, found in Culturelle capsules) may aid in significantly decreasing the rate of acute diarrhea and rotavirus shedding. Parents also reported a 25% decrease in diaper rash among babies drinking formula containing probiotics.
- Probiotics and active bacteria culture may improve lactose intolerance. The bacterial strain commonly used in yogurt can produce lactase enzymes. Therefore, people with lactose intolerance and children suffering from intestinal infection can usually tolerate yogurt with an active culture.
- Some studies have shown that by regulating intestinal transit time, probiotics improve constipation among the elderly.
Other studies have shown that probiotics, especially acidophilus, promote the growth of healthy bacteria in the colon and reduce the conversion of bile into carcinogens (cancer-causing substances).
Some studies have found that probiotics may enhance immunity by regulating lymphocytes and antibodies.

What I am about to reveal will probably not make some fellow gurus happy, but this needs to be said:
- No matter what they say about affiliate marketing, it’s virtually impossible for everyone to get those 5,000 - 10,000 dollars a month they are raving on about. The reason? There is simply too much competition! However my fellow gurus are correct on one point: No money will fall into your hands if you are not doing anything to get it there…
I decided to help you get started in the right state of mind, by giving you these high level tips below, that will help you make some money with the different kinds of affiliate marketing programs you can find on the internet.
1. Google Adwords
Some say the days of free traffic are over, but there are still some traffic coming that way, however those hits are surely fading away quickly. You can choose to work hard creating web pages that rank well in the search engines, but still - it’s very hard to do. If you still feel like trying, there are lots of Search Engine Optimization Guides available for you to download, both paid and free.
Simply by paying for clicks with Google (it’s called the Adwords program), you can get the top three positions on the search engines that matter the most - in a matter of minutes. It may come as no surprise to you that there are lots of guides available on how to optimize your google adwords campaigns as well! Did you know that the “engine” that drives some of the traffic is called Adsense? The adsense program allows website owners to put ads on their sites, and when the ads are clicked - the site owner just made some cents online. Most Google Adwords Guides recommend turning off that part of the campaign, due to the click fraud involved, which will give you bad quality, non converting traffic.
2. Your own email list
Building an email list of subscribers is hard, but doable. The task of sending offers to your very own email list is the ideal way to build a residual income online. Instead of sending traffic away and hoping for the best, the best alternative for you (in my opinion) is having your own email list to which you will be able to send multiple offers on periodic intervals. There are lots of autoresponder services that you can subscribe to, and if you feel like having total control, there are several Autoresponder Scripts available for purchase as well.
3. Having Your own affiliate program
Did you know that the gurus are aware of the fact that every visitor that fills out form on your site can generate 50 cent in revenue? What about if you pay someone 25 cents (50% commission) to generate that same amount of traffic, that you would otherwise pay Google to get?
This is the secret most newbies don’t know (and that the gurus don’t want you to know about): Let others generate the traffic you need to make some sales! There are a lot of advantages using this approach, including the fact that now others pay Google to get the traffic for you.
Final Words:
Yes, when it all comes down to it, everything involves paying for traffic in one way or the other. Just remember - in order to make the online income you dream about, you’ll need to invest very wisely in the different kinds of advertising available to you.
To Your Success,

When you become in debt, it can really overwhelm you. It will hang over everything you do and always be on your mind. It is easier to get into debt now than it was previously.
Sometimes it doesn’t seem possible to get yourself out of debt. If you see the issue early, it can be easy to free yourself from debt. If you do have this problem, there are five easy ways you can get your money problems under control and beat credit card debt.
1. Always pay more than the required minimum payments. In an ideal world, we would pay off credit card balances each and every month, but many of us can’t, or we don’t. You have to pay more than the minimum to pay off your debt much faster. It will also save a lot of money, because the quicker it is paid, the less interest you end up paying over that time.
This also holds true for mortgages, car loans, and any other type of loan. Some loans have prepayment penalties, but it’s best to avoid them anyway. For any loan that doesn’t, paying it off early is a good thing.
2. Cut back on your expenses, and put the extra money toward paying down your debt. If you examine your budget closely enough, you will likely find many areas where you could save money. Just taking your lunch to work instead of eating out can save you a substantial amount.
3. Sell things you don’t need. Do you have an extra vehicle, or anything else of value that you don’t use or need? Even just gathering up some things and having a yard sale could help you raise money to put toward your monthly payments. Every little bit helps.
4. Find ways to make extra money. You could take on a second job, do some babysitting, or sign up with a direct sales company. If you put all of your extra money toward credit card debt assistance, you shouldn’t need to do this for very long.
5. Look into consolidating your debt. The best way to do this is to combine all your debt onto one low interest credit card. You are aiming towards lower minimums, and paying off as much as you can to pay off the debt. If you opt for a home equity loan or other secured loan to consolidate, it will put your property at risk, which is not what you want.
If you have the right mindset, getting yourself out of debt can be much easier than yom might think it can. You might just need to make a few modifications to get on the right track, especially if you aren’t deep into debt. Be sure to learn from past mistakes, and keep your debt in control.
