titleThe basics you need to consider when designing a website/titlecategory1/category

strongNavigation/strong

Easy to use navigation is essential to a good a title=Web design Berkshire href=http://www.planet-ia.com/Web site/a. If people can’t find what’s on your site, well, they just won’t stick around, will they?

strongAds/strongbr / Too many advertisements on your site make for a bad user experience. Try for well placed, highly noticeable ads instead.

strongMaintenance/strongbr / After creating a Web site you have to maintain it. If you have links to other Web sites you need to check them periodically to make sure the links still take you somewhere because sometimes Web sites disappear.

strongThings That Blink/strongbr / Blinking can be annoying and you don’t want to annoy your readers.

strongNoise/strongbr / A lot of people like to add music to their Web sites. That’s all well and good, but if it’s a loud song and your reader jumps out of their seat when they open your Web page they will leave very quickly and never return.

strongPop-Ups/strongbr / Not just pop-up ads but also pop-up boxes. You know the ones when you open a a title=Web design Berkshire href=http://www.planet-ia.com/Web site/a and it asks for your name. Ok, that’s kind of cute but if you have 5 in a row asking different questions or you have one on every page on your site, let’s face it, that’s annoying.

strongGraphics/strongbr / Graphics a an important part of a a title=Web design Berkshire href=http://www.planet-ia.com/Web site/a. They add color, attitude, theme. They’re necessary, right? Right, as long as you don’t over do it. Too many graphics not only make your site upload really slow but it also makes it look like a kid scribbled on your page.

strongColor/strongbr / We all know that reading black and white pages is boring. That’s why we add color to them. Adding the right colors to your pages makes for great, easy to read pages. You have to make sure that the background colors don’t conflict with the text colors. If you use loud colors or colors that conflict, people won’t want to read your page and will look elsewhere.

strongFonts/strongbr / You don’t have to use the same old boring, standard font for your text if you don’t want to. There are many other’s that you can use to make your writing look fancier or just better.

strongYour Style/strongbr / Everyone has their own writing style. You can be funny, serious or just yourself. How you write your site is up to you and you need to choose the style that’s right for your site.

strongLayout/strongbr / How do you want your page to look? Do you want all the text to the right and graphics on the left, or visa versa? Do you want an add at the top of the page or do you want all your ads on the side? Having the layout of all your pages look the same looks better to your readers then if you have the layout for every page different. That doesn’t mean that you can’t make each page different to go along with what you wrote on that page it just means that the basic layout should be at least similar.

strongContent/strongbr / What is your site going to be about? What kinds of things are you going to write about? Of course, this is completely up to you. Whenever you write something make sure you spell check it and, if you have time, re-read it to make sure there are not grammatical errors.

titleSome Wedding Photography Tips/titlecategory1/category

To be a a title=Wedding Photographer href=http://www.breezeimages.co.uk/wedding photographer/a requires a strong heart and mind because few jobs in the photographic industry actually illicit fear, but photographing weddings has got to top the list. For example, you could have total digital meltdown and all your photographs disappear, you could actually do a bad job and the bride and family get mad at you, you could miss that all important shot or you might be a naturally shy person who isnrsquo;t used to dealing with people.nbsp;

All of these are very real fears, taking photographs at someonersquo;s wedding is a huge responsibility, but none of these fears is insurmountable.nbsp; For example, take an assistant with you who will double shoot everything you take.nbsp; He will act like an insurance policy should your camera have a malfunction.nbsp; Also make sure to get two copies of every shot.nbsp; If you set aside some of your fee to cover the cost of your assistant it may well prove money well spent.nbsp;

There is always the possibility of you doing a bad job, but you should remember before you take on a job, that you are confident of doing a good one because wedding photographs are among a personrsquo;s most prized possessions.nbsp; You are the only one who can be sure of your ability to carry out your job, so be confident in what you do and go out there and do your stuff.nbsp;

When you have completed the a title=Wedding Photography href=http://www.breezeimages.co.uk/about.phpwedding photography/a and you are deciding which to keep and which pictures to discard, keep in mind that there is one best seller - emotion.nbsp; Make sure that each picture demonstrates emotion - does it make you laugh or cry, does it make you happy?nbsp;

However, you should remember that no matter how modern the bride is or how alternative the wedding is, she and her family will want some formal pictures taken of the family as a group.nbsp; They will stand there and stare straight at the camera and smile, but they donrsquo;t have to be boring, you can try and make them as creative as possible.nbsp; Stand the bride in the centre and put half of the bridesmaids on one side and half on the other.nbsp; Or have the flower girl sitting at the bridersquo;s feet. It just needs a bit of imagination and that is what is needed to make a success of a wedding day and being a good wedding photographer.
