Sometimes I start to think that my age is really catching up with me. I quickly remember that I have never believed in that concept in the past and I’m not going to start now.nbsp; Age is nothing more than a number to which we have attached artificial expectations.nbsp; There are many simple actions I can take that will diminish any focus on age.

That would make a huge difference in how I feel as I go about my activities.nbsp; Stretching exercises help with flexibility, agility, and balance.nbsp; They move the muscles and so positively impact the lymph system as well, getting it working a little more actively.nbsp;

So a couple other areas to remain aware of and take simple action in are nutrition, sleep, and keeping an active mind.nbsp; Getting enough sleep is so simple and so important if you want to feel alert and clear headed. Good nutrition contributes tremendously to well being as well. I just have to compare how I feel after I have a cup of coffee and a donut versus a glass of water and piece of fruit.nbsp; No comparison, right?nbsp; Very simple.
Keeping my mind active is the easiest of the bunch for me.nbsp; I love puzzles!nbsp; Give me a Sudoku and a crossword and I am working my brain.nbsp; This has already turned into a daily habit.nbsp; Now to put a little more emphasis on the others and age will be a thing of the past.

If you get a free hosting service, you are forced to have ads on the top and perhaps even on the bottom of your website, and depending on what your website is all about, it may not fit at all. However, if you are amongst those just starting out on the internet, a free hosting account may very well be the best option, since you probably donrsquo;t have a lot of traffic, or just a small site.
The type of domain that you receive when you sign up for a free web hosting account is usually a subdomain with the name that you pick (yourname.somefreewebhost.com) or a name in a directory (somefreewebhost.com/yourname). For example, if the name of your free host is the000webhost.com, then your web domain would be yourbusiness.the000webhost.com.
If you are a newbie, this is the type of account that you would probably want to get, but you should be aware of some of the shortcomings this sort of free web hosting account has, especially if you are looking for more advanced options:
Firstly, many free hosting accounts do not support databases. Databases are usually used for online data retrieval routines, or to manage dynamic content on your site, such as a wordpress blog. Many of these free web hosting sites do not even support the most widely used package called mySQL!

The downside? - They will disable your account after 15 days without traffic, which could be a problem if you are just starting out.
